   1. The De Aventura online store, available at ¡De Aventura! (“Site”), is operated by Wydawnictwo Draco Sp. z o.o. located at Rakowicka 15A/U2, 31-511 Kraków, registered under KRS number 0000527958, NIP: 676 248 06 51.
   2. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the De Aventura online store and the principles of order execution by customers.

   To purchase from Site, you may be required to register. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during the registration process.

3. Products and Pricing

   All products listed on the Site are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to change the items and pricing at any time.

4. Order Process

   All orders made on the Site are subject to availability. We do our best to process orders in a timely manner, but we make no guarantees regarding the availability of any product.

   De Aventura uses third-party payment gateways for online transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions.

6. Returns and Refunds

   We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. Books must be returned in their original condition. Digital products are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

    For matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121 as amended). For Customers who are Consumers, the provisions of the Act of 30 April 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) also apply.12.
